FRANCE:  The French Jura

43 Mountains with Prominence of 140 meters or greater

List compiled and maintained by Mark Trengove, with help from Eberhard Jurgalski and mapping and computer assistance from Jonathan de Ferranti.

Mark Trengove has provided this list of summits in the French Jura.  This group includes 3 summits with a prominence of over P600m (‘Majors’), and a total of 40 P150m summits of 915m or higher in elevation, the French "Bardots".

The French group is bounded on the north by the Rhine-Rhone canal and the River Doubs, the River Saône on the west, River Rhone and Franco-Swiss border on the south and Franco-Swiss border on the east.
